Sports betting mistakes for beginners
Betting on sports is not an easy task. Yes, it seems simple. After all, all…
The Golden State Warriors won Houston Rockets with a huge margin, after that destroying Portland Trail Blazers without the help of NBA ALL-STAR Kevin Durant – one of the best players who is playing this game in 2019. As you might already know, Durant has been recently sidelined, after suffering calf strain in the game against Houston Rockets.
The thing is, Warriors have been not only winning without Kevin Durant, they have been totally annihilating the game and looking really good doing it. That has been the reason why some commentators are saying that the Golden State Warriors are better off without Durant in NBA Finals. Durant has heard these claims and he discussed these claims few days ago.
“It’s hard to get away from that because I watch the games, and you watch the lead-up to the games and that’s all everybody is talking about,” Durant said to the Mercury News. “… As a player, I think about that and I’m just like ‘it’s not true.’ That’s not facts when it comes to a basketball perspective, but the competitive side of me also likes to talk basketball as well. So, if you want to say something like that, I’m going to engage in it. So it’s all fun, it’s all cool, but I know the real.”

We totally agree – the sole idea that any basketball franchise, even superteam like the Warriors, are better without one of the best basketball players in the world, is kind of silly. But here is the thing – if the claim is, Warriors are a more fun team to root for without Kevin Durant, then it’s suddenly a whole different discussion. Don’t you agree?
